Pregnancy Yoga


Stretch. Breathe. Relax. 

Enjoying yoga whilst pregnant helps you to embrace your ever changing body and gives you a foundation of skills to take through birth and into motherhood. 

Weekly classes combine gentle sequences and postures to keep your body both strong and supple throughout pregnancy. We practice breath work and take time each week to connect to baby, recognising any changes in both our physical and emotional state. With powerful coping strategies for birth and at LEAST 10 minute guided relaxation to end the class, you leave feeling relaxed and calm.

  • Strengthen and tone your body to stay healthy throughout your pregnancy and cope with the transitions through birth. 
  • Staying active during pregnancy helps with a smoother postnatal healing period too. 
  • Learn strategies for birth including breathing techniques, movement in labour and how to relax.
  • Meet other expecting mamas and share experiences in a supportive, safe space.
  • Take some time to tune out and focus on you and your baby.
  • Learn to safely modify your practice to suit the ever changing pregnant body. 
  • Ease common pregnancy discomforts such as headaches, heartburn and swelling and help with postural changes which contribute to SPD and back pain. 

All women are welcome at classes and you don't need any previous experience of yoga to join. I recommend you attend any time from 14 weeks up to birth.
