Enjoying yoga whilst pregnant helps you to embrace your ever changing body and gives you a foundation of skills to take through birth and into motherhood.
Weekly classes combine gentle sequences and postures to keep your body both strong and supple throughout pregnancy. We practice breath work and take time each week to connect to baby, recognising any changes in both our physical and emotional state. With powerful coping strategies for birth and at LEAST 10 minute guided relaxation to end the class, you leave feeling relaxed and calm.
All women are welcome at classes and you don't need any previous experience of yoga to join. I recommend you attend any time from 14 weeks up to birth.
